REGISTRATION

 

To register for one of our courses :

1. Contact us.
2. Present us a language level certificate or diploma from another center or, for French, take our online placement test. For other languages, please contact us and we’ll send you the corresponding placement test.
3. Then we’ll refer you to one of our classes for a free, no-obligation trial lesson.
4. If you like the course and feel you are in the right level :
   • fill in our registration form
   • make the payment and
   • start your course on your preferred date (subject to availability)

Registration forms in paper or pdf format are available on request from our reception (center des Eaux-Vives) or by email : info@switzerlangues.ch

The registration will be effective as soon as we receive your payment, provided there is a place available. Registration will be considered definitive upon receipt of our confirmation.

The minimum age for course enrolment is 16.

Management reserves the right :

• not to open courses with insufficient enrolment,
• take any measures deemed appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the courses.

Change of level or type of course :

If you’d like to change your schedule or type of course, don’t worry. Come and see us at reception or contact us by email or telephone. We’ll do our best to find the right solution.

There are 3 ways to take your course:

• Come in person
• Participate online
• Carry out the activities independently using the materials provided on our learning platform.

Materials – Manuals – Books :

No manuals, books or other materials need to be purchased by our learners. All course materials are provided by our trainers on our learning platform.

 

PAYMENT

You can pay for your lessons :

• By QR invoice sent to you monthly and at the time of registration
• By bank transfer to :

No payment is accepted in class or by teachers.

Company support

If the course is paid for by the company (on invoice), the company must send us the completed (download form), dated and signed Company Stamp Form by e-mail to info@switzerlangues.ch On receipt of the form, we will proceed with the registration. The QR invoice will be sent to the employer at the start of the course.

The school is closed:

• 2 weeks for Christmas and New Year
• Last week of June
• Last week of August

Would you like to take one of our courses and need financial support? Provided you meet certain conditions, the CAF (chèque annuel de formation) can help you finance all or part of one of our courses. You can apply at https://www.ge.ch/beneficier-cheque-annuel-formation

Any course financed with a CAF must be taken for a complete level and exclusively in the classroom.

We help our CAF learners to register for the DELF and/or fide exams.
