Regulation on data protection and respect for personal rights

The personal data of staff and customers is used with their consent
and only within the framework of our activity as a continuing education center. We
use them to compile student and human resources files, for
contact purposes, and to send out information and/or newsletters. Any employee or customer may consult this data at any time by contacting the management.

Student and staff files are stored on secure IT platforms to which only the management and administrative team have
access, via regularly updated logins and passwords.
Saving these files and personal information on IT platforms enables us to protect data against loss and unauthorized access.

We allow our customers and employees to consult their personal data, to have it updated or rectified, and even to have it deleted in the event
of a registration cancellation or once the legal ten-year archiving period has elapsed.

All SwitzerLangues employees have signed a confidentiality clause
committing them not to use or reveal sensitive information, such as customers’ personal
data, which is intended to remain confidential.

Right of revocation

Anyone no longer wishing to receive our newsletters may revoke their agreement
at any time by writing to us at info@switzerlangues.ch or by clicking on the
“Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each newsletter. The revocation will be registered immediately and the newsletter will no longer be sent.

Transmission of personal data

We provide the highest possible level of protection for the personal data
of our staff and customers, and update it regularly. We do not
communicate this personal data to third parties, except :

  • when legal, official or judicial constraints oblige us to do so.
  • if we have to entrust certain tasks to an IT company or a fiduciary. In this case, a subcontracting agreement obliges the supplier to guarantee the highest possible level of data protection.

Right to use teaching aids

SwitzerLangues programs are based on methods from recognized publishers. Trainers have access to the online versions of these methods and
use them in accordance with the general conditions of use in force.
All text, photographs, illustrations, video or audio material used in lessons is distributed on
a medium bearing the SwitzerLangues logo and the source of the document.
